What we never collect
- Your recovery phrase or private keys. These are generated on your device, encrypted, and stored in hardware-backed storage. They are never transmitted to us and we have no means of obtaining them.
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address. Apex One has no accounts and no sign-up.
- Payment details. We do not process payments and take no card information.
- Your contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone data. The camera is used only if you choose to scan a QR code, and those images are processed on the device and never stored or transmitted.
What the app does handle
- Public wallet addresses. To show balances and history, your public address is sent to Solana network providers. Public addresses and their transactions are already visible to anyone on a public blockchain.
- Anonymous diagnostics. If enabled, crash reports and basic performance data help us fix faults. They contain no wallet address, key material or personal identifier, and can be turned off in Settings.
- Settings and preferences. Your currency, theme, watchlist and address book are stored on your device, not on our servers.
- Assistant questions. If you use the in-app assistant, your question and relevant portfolio context are sent to our processing provider to generate an answer. Questions are not used to train models and are not linked to an identity. Avoid including personal information in them.
Third parties
To function, Apex One sends requests to Solana infrastructure providers for network data, prices and swap routing. These providers may see your public wallet address and IP address as part of an ordinary network request. We do not sell data to anyone, and we use no advertising or tracking networks.
Deleting your data
Removing a wallet in Settings, or deleting the app, erases the encrypted key material and all local data from your device. Because there is no account, there is no server-side profile to delete.
If diagnostics were enabled and you want past reports removed, email privacy@ape-xchange.com and we will delete them.
Children
Apex One is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app before it takes effect.
